We got an room upgrade, but i didnt like it because the pool view is not that great from my room and the bathroom shower door was missing. Eventhough the staff knew about it they upgraded us to that room and next day we request them to change to our original room and it was way better than the upgraded one. The breakfast menu has lot of options. Staffs are very friendly amd addressing the issue right away. Overall it was 7/10. Thanks.

Stuff were very friendly and helpful. We travelled off-season and there weren't many tourists in North Goa. At the same time, the hotel was hosting different events and conferences.
