Tudo maravilhoso, só um detalhe que eu gostaria de observar para ver se tem com melhorar seria a luz no ar condicionado eu não consegui apagar, e é uma luz bem forte, por se tratar de um aparelho novo, mas não achei a função no controle. Não consegui usar(no caso ele esquenta também) pois o quarto ficou muito claro. Mas o restante foi tudo maravilhoso, os colaboradores são muito simpáticos e atenciosos, além do bônus do Cookie de brinde.

Hotel novinho, tudo extremamente limpo e cheiroso. Recepção acolhedora com um cookie delicioso na chegada. Cama muito confortável, quartos amplos e bem equipados. A localização é excelente, entre Canela e Gramado, na rodovia que dá acesso ao Parque do Caracol. Atendimento impecável, equipe muito atenciosa. A estrutura é excelente: filtro de água nos corredores, academia com equipamentos de alta qualidade e brinquedos para as crianças. O café da manhã é muito bom, com produtos de qualidade e opções personalizadas. Apesar da acústica dos quartos não ser das melhores, o conforto e a qualidade da estadia superam esse detalhe. Super recomendo!
