Não é a primeira vez que fiquei no hotel. Aliás, nas duas vezes fiquei no mesmo quarto. Excelente. Minha única queixa é a demora para responder a um questionamento que fiz para aumentar 1 hóspede (mais 1 filho iria conosco). O quarto era p 4 pessoas, estávamos em 3. Seria só pagar a diferença . Mas demorou tanto a resposta que meu filho desistiu de ir. Uma pena. No mais, tudo perfeito. Como sempre.

O hotel é bom, novo e grande. São 3 torres. Não senti aquele aconchego, muito original de quando você busca uma estadia na serra gaúcha. É um hotel 4 estrelas categoria turística bom, mas não ficaria novamente. A iluminação dos quartos também poderia ser melhor planejada.

O atendimento foi aceitável, porém a experiência de hospedagem deixou a desejar. O quarto apresentava um cheiro desagradável, as toalhas eram antigas e ásperas, transmitindo pouca sensação de conforto. O ferro de passar roupas era muito antigo e não funcionava adequadamente, além de a mesa de passar estar suja. Também observei que as paredes do quarto estavam mal pintadas e com sinais de sujeira. Outro ponto negativo foi a disponibilização de uma coberta de solteiro para uma cama de casal, o que gerou desconforto durante a estadia. Considerando os aspectos mencionados, não voltaria a me hospedar neste local.

Fomos muito bem atendidos pela recepção. O café da manhã é muito bom, com reposição dos itens. Apenas nao houve reposição de itens de uso no banheiro - papel higiênico e toalha de toalha no segundo dia - uma delas sujou mas mesmo tendo deixada no chão não foi reposta . Lobby muito agradável com café disponível.
