Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, amenities
You get what you pay for. Staff absent at check in, check out, when they forget to give you your key etc. “Staff on break” sign is permanently on the table, and all three numbers are mostly irresponsive. Spent a lot of time waiting and having to find the staff to assist.
