The room was clean and the hotel staff were very helpful. There is a lounge area on the upper floor with tea, coffee, and a microwave. Lots of shops and restaurants within walking distance as well. Overall, a great place to stay

Joseph was the desk manager who checked us in. During our stay he most helpful -- spot on for dining and travel. Hotel was excellent for travel to Banff and locations within the three national parks.

Very clean, quiet and comfortable room with access to a communal kitchen. Sauna available (we didn’t try it). There is no elevator to rooms on the second floor though.

We really enjoyed our stay here! The room was one of the cleanest we’ve ever stayed in, and the staff was so helpful. There’s complimentary tea and coffee and free bike rental. We would definitely stay here again! Just know there’s no elevator, so you’ll have to climb a flight of stairs to get to your room. We’d only give the location 4 stars because the hotel is about a 15-minute walk from the closest bus stop that returns from Banff Town Center. That said, we’d definitely stay here again!

Very walkable to restaurants and groceries within Canmore. The studio was especially useful. Check in was online but was easy and I was able to reserve early check in (paid) in advance. Air conditioning and hot water worked.

We had a single King bed and the room had tons of space. Fridge, no microwave. Microwave up in the large common area. Sauna worked but was reported as under welling heat ... so warm it up well ahead of time. Parking is snug... train just behind the building but was not really a nuisance to us.

This is a great place to stay in Canmore. Good location, clean, comfortable bed, and loved the added amenity of a speciality coffee machine and a large common area with tables and chairs. You should note that there is no elevator, so my husband who walks with a cane had some difficulty, and carrying our heavy bag up a flight of stairs was not easy. Otherwise, great place.
