Brand New Mountain Condo with Stunning Views from 3rd Floor

Luxury 6 Person Mountain Condo in Beautiful Spring Creek, Canmore.
South Facing 3rd Floor Condo (1100 sq. ft.) unit allows for lots of natural light and has a gourmet kitchen to cook some great meals as a family, wrap around + private master deck for majestic views of Ha Ling and 3 Sisters Mountains.
Just minutes walk from downtown through the Spring Creek path system.
Bedroom #1 has a King Bed and spa like full ensuite with stand up shower, soaker tub, and 2 sinks.
Bedroom #2 has Queen Bed and 50" TV.
Living Room has a pull out sofa and 2 chairs and beautiful fireplace to relax after a long day of skiing or hiking.
Dining Room has table with seating for 6, there are 3 stools at the Kitchen counter as well.
Kitchen has all state of the art appliances with induction range and hood fan.
There are 2 separate decks. First one off the dining room is a wrap around face SW with a Weber Natural Gas BBQ and 2 Adirondack chairs to keep the chef company. 2nd deck is off the master bedroom with 4 Adirondack chairs to enjoy a beautiful sunset over the Rockies. Many blankets to keep you warm on a cool night.
Parking has 1 heated underground stall with a storage bin and easy access to elevators. Additional parking on the street if needed.
Hot Tub and Workout Room located on 1st floor.

Amazing Stay

We visited for my son’s graduation present from North Carolina and it surpassed expectations. The location is amazing and you can walk right into town. The place is clean. The views are amazing and couldn’t have asked for a better better place.

This incredible condo in Canmore’s Spring Creek community offers stunning views of the Three Sisters mountains, luxury, and unbeatable convenience. From the spotless, modern design to the high-end appliances and well-equipped kitchen, everything felt like home.The location is ideal—just a short drive to Banff, Sunshine, and Lake Louise, or an easy walk to downtown Canmore’s fantastic restaurants. Amazing property!

I don't write reviews often but this place was so great we had to share. The condo was even better than the pictures online - clean and really well appointed - beds were confortable, cookware and glassware were top notch. Location is fantastic, walking distance to downtown shops and restaurants and views from 2 private balconies were a great way to finish the day and enjoy happy hour. The hosts were attentive and check in was a breeze. We have stayed in a lot of vacation rentals and this one one of the best!

Great Spring Creek condo

Clean well-equipped condo in the heart of town. Groceries, coffee, bakery, gelato right next door. Don’t buy bear spray: there are extra cans in the entryway! Chris arranged for us to check in upon arrival, and they made our stay a pleasure. Thanks!

Fantastic ski Vacation Condo in Canmore! Amazing Views of 3 sisters

Excellent new condo in Spring Creek. Condo was very clean, had everything that you would need for a vacation stay. New High end appliances, Kitchen was well equipped. Locations is perfect- easy to Trans-Canada 1-for Banff- Sunshine ski - Lake Louise ski. Easy walk into downtown Canmore for lunch-dinner. Alder Cafe-Grocery for some quick last minute things, nice Breakfast/lunch spot. Located downstairs. Very easy check in process - underground garage-reserved parking spot. Chris and Andrea were great host and very easy to communicate before, during and after our stay. We would love to return next year for another 2 weeks of spring skiing. PERFECT IN EVERY WAY!

Can't say enough great things about our visit! The condo was perfect for our 3-adult group -- spotlessly clean and comfortable with everything we needed, and the beds were heavenly! The unit has beautiful views of the mountains, and the location in Canmore is great -- close enough to Banff Town but not in the middle of the hustle and bustle. The condo complex, and town itself, is well maintained and quiet; we never heard a peep from the neighbors and slept like babies after long days hiking and lovely family meals cooked in the fully equipped kitchen. We left wishing we could move to Canmore and are planning a trip back in the winter sometime soon! 10/10! (My only recommendation to the hosts would be to provide a bit more detail on how to find the condo unit's parking stall -- "first right, next right, last stall on the left" and the trash/recycling bins, but no biggies!)

Chris & Andrea's condo is just ideal!! So tastefully appointed, bright, clean and new!! Not to mention the spectacular view from the 3rd floor!! Location is super convenient to just about anywhere you'd want to visit in the area. Would very highly recommend!!
