Other things to note:
This unit has multiple levels with stairs. Please keep this in mind if you have any mobility concerns.

Please note that the king-size beds in two of the bedrooms are made by combining two twin beds, topped with a high-quality, king-size mattress topper for added comfort. If guests separate the beds on their own, the cleaning company will charge an extra fee to restore the original setup. Please do not separate the beds.

4 TVs. One in main living room, one in basement living room, one in each of the second floor bedrooms.

Due to the limitations of our laundry facilities, we provide one towel per guest for their stay. If you require extra towels for showering or the hot tub, please bring additional ones with you. Alternatively, our in-unit washer and dryer are available for your convenience.

Parking is only available in the garage and the drive way. Free/paid street parking is available. Building Management may levy fines if these rules are not followed.

Street parking is free, it is first come, first served, and we cannot guarantee availability. Please arrange in advance if you plan to bring more than one vehicle. (especially during peak season)

Each unit is professionally cleaned and sanitized after every stay to ensure a safe and healthy environment for our guests.

Late departure & luggage drop-off is not allowed.

Beautiful condo with lots of room and great views

This condo has everything you need to have a wonderful vacation in the mountains. The hosts responded quickly to our questions and there were no issues during our stay. Highly recommend.

The Stay was fabulous. Plenty of room for 12 guys, close to downtown, and clean Loved the layout and that there was a balcony as well. Definitely a great place for a great price . The pantry had plenty of spices too!

Beautiful Weekend Getaway

The perfect property if you have larger groups. This townhome is huge and has lots of space. Itā€™s super closer to everything you need. Very clean and comfortable. We will definitely stay here again!

Perfect for our large family

We love staying at this property, our second time. The size of the unit is perfect for a large family, and having a bathroom for each room is so helpful. Location is easy to get to Banff and parking was good since we were able to park in the garage and driveway pad. I would highly recommend this property

Family Wedding

Wonderful property for my family to stay during our sonā€™s wedding. Multi levels was great for infants to sleep without having to worry about noise from kitchen /living room. Had all amenities needed. Definitely would not recommend though for anyone with poor mobility. Have to do at least 2 flights of stairs every time need bathroom as no main floor bathrooms.

Great Break in the Mountains

We had a great time relaxing in Canmore at this property. Owners were organized, communicated promptly, and provided very clear instructions for check-in/out procedures. The unit was as advertised - spacious, clean and well-appointed. I would definitely stay here again and would recommend it for a multi-family stay or a trip with friends. Thanks again!!

Beautiful house and area!

House is incredible. Each guest had their own private bathroom. Amazing townhouse close to Banff. Spent most of the time hanging out in the dining room and kitchen. The living room wasn't used too much since it's in a weird location and the TV did not work. Seems like they had the wrong remote controls in there. Not a huge deal overall but worth mentioning.

Perfect condo setup.

We have stayed at these condos lots in the past and love them. They are set up so smart with lots of rooms and bathrooms. Communication with the host was great and my only complaint this time was listing had a hottub on description (which was why we picked this specific one amongst others) yet no hottub. I contacted host and there was an error on the listing so she took care of it and refunded us some. It was unfortunate but an error. All good in the end and we will always choose these condos when in Canmore.

The host was great!! We had a last-minute issue which looked like we won't be able to make the trip. Upon contacting the host, he agreed to refund us even though it was non-refundable from the beginning. We ended up making the trip, but it was great that the host was so accommodating.

Beautiful, quiet and clean

Spot on for us. Family with three adult kids. Lots of space, very clean and high quality finish. Great location and views. Everything very clearly labelled and good instructions, plenty of bathroom supplies too.

Disappointing

We had stayed in another unit in the same complex last year so were very excited and knew what we were getting. This one didnā€™t have the same high quality of finishes (towels, toiletries, kitchen items etc) but the view was beautiful. As people started arriving and settling into their rooms we found garbage in one of the toilets, garbage cans that hadnā€™t been emptied, dirt and splatters on the walls, dingy looking carpets and dirty sheets. I contacted the owners and the cleaner showed up at 10:30 pm offering to remake the beds. We declined. We were already in process of washing the sheets ourselves and didnā€™t trust that they would be done properly this time. We did get some money back, but would have rather paid full price and had better quality.

Convenient and Comfortable

We escaped for a little post-Thanksgiving getaway with family. In all there were 4 adults and 6 kids. The house had plenty of room, it was clean, had great views out the back and was easy in / easy out and close - an easy 20 minutes to Banff. The only reason I deducted a star was because the beds were lackluster and water pressure in our shower was pretty weak. Our 'king' bed was two little mattresses on a skimpy bed frame. I think for that caliber of house, better beds would have made a big difference.

Would stay again

We were two families with a total of 12 people. We stayed for thanksgiving long weekend. Everyone enjoyed it! My only thing was the fire alarm starting tweeting at 2:30am one night due to batteries going dead but the host told us where the batteries were so we could replace them. A few other very minor inconveniences but nothing that would cause me to not stay again. Highly recommend! There are many stairs to climb though so make sure you're able to do stairs!!

Great overall

Everything was great other than toilet in the basement was leaking and sofa beds had so much stuff stuck in them when i opened them, it had used napkins and a lot of little chunks of stuff and sheets didn't smell fresh but they were not dirty. Overall it was great.
