We booked our stay here for our 32nd wedding anniversary, looking to get away from our farm and relax together for a few days and take in the beautiful views of Canmore. The room was very nice, it was clean, and as pictured but our view out of our windows on the second floor was of the back alley and side of the adjacent building not at all what was shown online which seems to have been taken from the next property to the north which is the hospital parking lot. One of the underground parking lots were out of service so outdoor parking was tight but available. EVERY morning for 4 nights stay at 3-4am a garbage truck backed slowly down the one way alley with the back up alarm singing proudly, bins slamming and banging for 15 minutes - not ideal. We were told after we had booked online that we could not access the pool, hot tub, or gym amenities during our stay, but we watched others staying in the same building using the amenities in the structure next to us across the alley- not sure what that was about. I think I'll try something different and call the hotel or resort directly and specifically ask if the representation is completely accurate before booking.

The apartment was well stocked, they kept supplies for washer dryer and dishwasher. The utensils were very clean. The location is amazing, you can see the mountains in the backdrop and all around. The parking is fully secured with closed doors and gate code. And all the attractions of Banff are less than an hour and half away at the most. All-in-all, I would recommend this property to anyone in a heart beat. The front desk people are very courteous and very friendly.
