The apartment, finely furnished and equipped with all comforts, is a large one bedroom apartment of about 50 sqm on the first floor with an independent entrance built following the style of the country villa: ceiling with wooden beams and exposed tiles, are provided balcony, with beautiful views of Assisi, the park with swimming pool and the magnificent landscape of the rolling Umbrian hills.

It has a reserved table in the park for lunches or dinners outdoors, free wi-fi and a flat 32 "TV.

The sleeping area, embellished with parquet, cherry wood furniture and artistic paintings of the surroundings, can accommodate three people in comfortable sommier beds.

The living area has a fully equipped kitchen for a stay in complete autonomy: large fridge, kitchenette, oven, dishwasher, washing machine, utensils and table linen; it also has a sofa that can be easily converted into a double bed with slatted frame.

The bathroom, with window, is complete with shower with crystal doors, hairdryer, towel, towels and courtesy service L'Occitane upon arrival (shower gel, shampoo, soap and shower cap).

The reception is large and bright, offers a comfortable common breakfast room with TV, reception services and display of local artisan products. It remains available at the times indicated for any need and information and organizes itineraries and guided tours on request.
