We loved the room- super comfortable and clean, the grounds and vintage/historical decor are so fun, pool was great, Raquel was an angel and we were within walking distance to the heart of Kernville and the Kern river. "This was our second time staying at meadow oaks as it is such a peaceful location. Ate dinner each night on the very large porch with a great view and only hearing the river. Used the AC and it was cool and quiet , really quiet. We still haven't turned on the TV so not sure about that. Great host, great history of this property, very relaxing trip."
