My brother and I go quail hunting each October and we always stay at this local motel! The view of the lake is fantastic and the people in charge here are very accommodating and helpful. Because of high winds the power was out in the whole area but the management was on the spot providing alternate light sources! We will be back again, as usual!

Clean old school motel room was clean comfortable bed nice hot shower quiet well lit at night definitely a comfortable stay close to eating and some stores the local hospital as well will be back next time im in town

Staff and owner were very friendly and helpful. The fridge had a freezer and that helped for keeping water frozen for long hikes and for the reusable ice packs. Parking was easy. Issues I had were ants in the kitchen, and someone’s hair? On the bed. But for the price the stay was decent, and the kindness of cleaning staff and owner made it so much worth it!

Omg everything was so wonderful. Very clean very soft bedding. Can check in and out contact less and human less. Met the owner during the week, was amazing person. House keeping great! Had kitchenette, nice bathroom, bbq area. Pet friendly <3 . Across street from lake! Most reasonable price I've stayed at , at the lake. Very quiet hotel and very safe location.

Fairly nice and casual place for a low rate but a very outdated look of fake wood paneling in the room. Parking is right at your door so very convenient and a park bench is there too so great for reorganizing. The Lakeview is off to the side but it is just across the street if you want to go down there on dusty roads. There are nicer places on the lake to go picnic further along and on the west side. My favorite Mexican place went out of business so was hard to find food near. This is a little family run motel so expect that vibe and enjoy the laid-back moments

Check in/out were easy! Getting in contact with the staff was easy! I had an issue with my room, and they let me change no problem. The room was old, but clean. I was alone, but the area seems creepy. The privacy was limited. My door opened tge opposite way, but it locked! The room served it's use. I would stay again, VERY spacious. Friendly staff!

Restfull stay clean room calm and quiet. Enjoyable stay again. Staff is friendly and nice view of the lake. Close to some places to eat and some shopping. Close by the local hospital. Definitely will be back next time im in town.

Staff very helpful. Bed was comfortable. Motel itself is old 1950's and is very basic. Would need a lot of upgrades to make it look better. But does offer the basics of sleep, shower, and safety.
