It was overall a good stay

Hotel was very clean and fresh. Staff was very polight and it was nice that the reception was open 24/7, i was feeling safe. Hotel is opposite Cannes railwaystation and it was great because i was using train a lot, very easy to visit all places in the coast. The negative thing was that cleaner did not change the Tea mugs and wine classes, she just put the dirty ones back in my room?! And i Stayed 9 nights. Also the hand paper in the toilet was always finished and she did not fill it even i asked. Same sheets 9 days, it was okay because it was not hot weather. But i would come again. Price and quality are fine.

We had to check out early given safety concerns, mainly. My family and I only stayed for 1 night even tho we paid for 2 nights. Upon arrival and check-in our room number was shouted loudly so that everyone in the lobby could hear (we were or at least told we were the only ones on the 4th floor) Elevator allows for 1 person and 1 bag only As we walked into the room, we noted one of the windows was WIDE open (windows opened inward therefore an entire person or several people could easily come through the roof into our room. Given this, we checked all spots in the apartment - to which we found the bathroom window was also open. We also found a phone holder in one of the showers….. The front desk did come up immediately and fix it. However, at around 12-12:30AM until 2:30-3AM we heard banging, running around, talking, clanking, etc. almost sounding as if someone broke in and was raiding the hotel as doors were slamming shut. Given we didn’t have a peep hole we didn’t know what was going on and under no circumstance did we want to open the door for obvious reasons………. The showers leaked EVERYWHERE - yes both there was absolutely no barrier even with the shower closed. We informed the front desk when we checked out the next day around 3PM where we were informed 3 interns were actually also staying on our floor and that is who most likely was making the noise. There was no deadbolt on the door. Very few towels. No silverware. This completely ruined our 2 day stay in Cannes&ha

Stuck in time!

The internet was not working, furniture and decoration cheep, there was no key-card… had to use key that you had to leave at the front desk. The experience was more of a hostel then a 4star hotel.

Perfect location - but that’s about it

This is a very cute hotel, located next to the train station! It’s a very good location, and you can walk to the beach, a lot of the shops and restaurants! The hotel interior is nice, and the air conditioning is working great - however, the rooms run small, and the mattress and pillows are like rocks. The people working there is polite, but the service is not great. We got told to get out of our room and get the toilet paper ourself when it was empty and the cleaners didn’t replace it. When we asked for help to carry down our suitcases when leaving they told us we had to carry it ourselves even though I was sick. One of the days they also forgot to clean our room. If you’re looking for a small cute hotel in the heart of Cannes but don’t care about service and hard mattresses this is your place

A experiência foi muito boa! A equipe do hotel foi muito receptiva e atenciosa, muito cuidadosos e prestativos. O hotel aparenta ter sido renovado recentemente, a recepção e as áreas comuns são boas e bem caprichadas, a suíte que ficamos aparentemente passou por uma renovação parcial, não esta tão bonita igual ao restante das áreas comuns do hotel, mas nada que tenha prejudicado a estadia. Nossa única ressalva foi a qualidade do travesseiro, mas é algo muito pessoal. No geral foi uma estadia muito tranquila, quarto limpo, tudo organizado e a equipe muito atenciosa e legal.

Great deal, central location, beautiful decor

Centrally located right beside the Cannes train station - makes daily travel across the Cote d'Azur so much easier. The whole hotel is smartly and warmly decorated, the staff very friendly. The room I had was slightly small but perfect for a solo/ couple stay. The balcony however looked out on to the main road so it can get quite noisy in the mornings/ weekend evenings.
