To get started on the house tour, let's talk first about the outside setting and situation: you will enjoy a little slice of country side around the house, yet in the middle of the city, yet secluded from the crowds, yet charmed by the birds' songs, and all this only 300 meters from the famous upscale. It's a house with multiple personalities, but for the best!

Around the house, the property features the following:

- A terraced space, in the shade, for relaxing and dining for up to 8 people, perfect for meals, cocktails or other gatherings al fresco with family or friends.
- A beautiful swimming pool complemented by comfortable sun-bathing chairs ( PLEASE REQUEST POOL HEATING 3 DAYS IN ADVANCE)
- A synthetic lawn, so you don't have to worry about anything.
- Everything without any view of neighbors and along a tiny one-way street with very little traffic.

The inside the house, which is built on 2 floors, is tastefully decorated and well suited for a comfortable stay with the following features:

On the first level:

- A well-equipped kitchen.
- A first bedroom with access to the swimming pool side of the house, furnished with a double bed and storage space.
- A second bedroom with a double bed and a large closet.
- A third bedroom, ideal for children, with a double bed, a bookcase with children books as well as stuffed animals and toys.
- An office space, if you must do a little work or study during your stay.

On the upper floor:

- A Master bedroom suite with a queen size bed, full bathroom with shower and toilets, and storage space as well as a wardrobe.
- A lounge space with a cozy sofa and a TV for relaxing moments.
- A large dining area for 8 people.
- Another well-equipped kitchen with a must-have Nespresso Vertuo coffee machine.

WHAT’S IN THE NEIGHBORHOOD

In addition to being only 5 minutes away from the center of town, on foot, you are also less than 15 minutes away from the Palais des Congrès and 10 minutes from the beaches (your car will feel abandoned!). Within a short walk, you will be able to discover the best restaurants, clubs and cafes the city has to offer, as well as the upscale Rue d’Antibes with its luxury boutiques.

However, if you want to take a ride by car to explore the region, you can visit the following points of interests on the Riviera:

- The town of Golfe Juan to discover its beaches and salad bars, less than a 15-minute drive away.
- The Marineland aquatic park in Antibes, to say hello to the killer whales, less than 30 minutes away.
- The famous city of Nice, to walk on the Promenade des Anglais or go eat the Socca specialty or the iconic Salade Niçoise. A 30 to 40 minute drive depending on traffic (unfortunately we cannot control the traffic jams on the A8 highway ^^).

And to make your life easier, we have a concierge service for whatever you may need!
Ask us what you would like, especially if you need a driver, a bit of housekeeping, a luggage drop-off, a parking reservation, or maybe a baby crib or a high chair for the little ones traveling with you. We'll do our best to assist you during your stay.

A few onsite parking spots for visitors are available. An enclosed parking space is included in the rental.
Household linen provided (sheets, towels, bath mats, dish towels…)
Daily essentials provided on arrival (shower gel, shampoo, coffee, water…)
Concierge service at your disposal throughout your stay.

Check-out by 11 AM and check-in from 4 PM (flexible depending on our availability; please let us know if you wish to arrive earlier or leave later, and we will accommodate whenever possible).

Check-ins can be in person until 7 PM.

Late arrivals after needs to be requested and might be for additional fees.
