"The Villa is very spacious and well stocked with dishes, glasses, pots and pans. Regine, the owner is so sweet and very accommodating. We had difficulty with the TV and Regine sent a technician right away. The beds are hard and not that comfortable. This and pesty mosquitoes was the only drawback to our stay. You can’t go wrong with this beautiful property."

"Terrible overall, we did not stay. Left upon checking in. The front desk was helpful Very hard to find the reception upon arrival. Is a huge complex, shared with other hosts. It is more like residential buildings, looked very creepy and unsafe. Very outdated, old…. bad crowd everywhere, like street trash….the room was with no double queen or king beds…. old apartments We left right away"

"From the start this place was a nightmare! First of all it’s not in Cannes, it’s in the bad area outside of it.bathroom had black mold, building was disgusting, we were followed by 5 men at one point and we had to hide in the store across the street. Host never answered my emails.it’s smaller than what it appears, pillows had black stains. They don’t provide cleaning products but expect you to leave the place clean or you’ll be charged, do not stay here specially if you have kids!!!!"
