"I loved the convenient location of this property, and it was slightly hidden or tucked away from traffic. The room was cute, comfortable, and great shower. It was filled with little items like snacks and water. The people managing the property were extremely helpful and friendly. "Great stay and location for the night before our cruise. Room was clean and comfortable for my family of four. Breakfast was good as well. Appreciate the hotel sending an email a couple of months before our stay to encourage prebooking our ride to the port, as taxis and uber are scarce those morning's. Approximately a 10 minute walk to the train station, us maybe closer to 15 because of all our luggage. "

"A clean and largely functional room (one of the bedside lights wasn't working, which would likely have been fixed had we reported it, but then again perhaps it should haveen checked and fixed before we checked in). The hotel is close to both the city centre and the train station, so by and large we were happy with our stay."

"When we checked in noone in the reception told us that there is no hot water in the hotel. Noone informed us about the problem and what they can offer us to solve the problem (offer other hotel, for example). We talked with other guests, and they told us that there is no hot water already from the day before. So in my check-in they already new that. We had no shower for 2 days. No hot water and not even sorry from the part of the hotel. We check out without having a hot water...and shower. For the breakfast we found tables dirty, missing plates, forks, cups to make a coffee etc. In check out we expected some info from the reception, but there was no interest at all to talk with us."

"Located by the port, across from the train station, and a block away from Theoderic’s Tomb the hotel offers easy access to a very walkable city. You are no more then 20ish minutes from the city centre and all of the sites it offers. Highly recommend the top floor suites which have amazing light in the morning."
