Liked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, listing accuracy
Luca, the property manager was very helpful and accommodating. Due to a mix up in the Expedia booking, Luca transferred us to an apartment with the view of Basilica de Santa Maria. Watching the sunrise was from our room made our Ravenna experience unforgettable. Luca also made sure we got a ride to the port.

Disliked: Check-in, communication, listing accuracy
Asked me to cancel non-refundable room. They are more than capable of doing this themselves, but wanted me to do it so they still got paid. Complete scam.
