"Initially, I thought the experience at the hotel was going to be poor since I had to wait for 30 minutes after the official check-in time to get into my room. After a long flight, that was incredibly frustrating. However, I understood because the hotel was very busy that day and the staff was doing all they could to accommodate all of the guests. Management took steps to address my concerns, offered me a sincere apology, and gave me a couple of perks to make up for the inconvenience. From that point on everything about my experience at the hotel was great (especially the staff who was super courteous and professional). The location is great, just a short walk from Waterloo station. I'd stay here again on my next trip to the UK. "
