"Overall a great stay for visiting Universal Studios. Parking was close if expensive. Swimming pool is awesome. Our only complaints were on the 18th floor the AC took a LONG time to fully cool the room, and for some inexplicable reason our room with 2 queen beds sleeping four only had ONE towel hook in the bathroom. Views were fantastic. Would stay again. Breakfast in the hotel restaurant was overpriced for the options given, would recommend grabbing starbucks (open at 630am) or eating in the park if visiting."

"Such a beautiful hotel! Lobby is STUNNING, the rooftop pool is gorgeous and the room was perfect. Comfortable beds and super clean. We visited during a heatwave and the air conditioning kept up. The staff here are the real star. So so lovely, especially in the cafe. W, you exceeded expectations. My new favourite hotel. We will be back!"

"Truly a great place to stay. Feels like a mini resort and a great home base to come back to at night when spending all day out and about the town checking out the sights. Will be my go to spot when going to LA in the future for sure."
