HIE Van Nuys accommodations were right up there for my business stay this week. Staff was very courteous. Breakfast buffet excellent & run by one of the more professional & efficient attendants I have seen in the business. Annoying that Expedia does not disclose the $15 parking fee but seems to be standard for inns in the area. Also would be nice if Bloomberg TV was a channel option for the in-room screen…..some of us like to migrate away from the iPad when traveling. Lou S.

Some lights didn't work and it felt like a step up from 2 star hotel. Paper cups for coffee was disappointing. Towels felt hard as a rock. Pillows were not comfy but the bed was. BUT THE BREAKFAST WAS AMAZING!! Hearty!!! Room was ok for Expedia price but I would not have been happy if it were any more expensive.

A great place to use since a homebase while in the area. The staff was nice and attentive. The hotel was clean and the area around was very walkable. There were plenty of choices for Dinning as well as entertainment.
