Loved the hotel, and its easy walking access to the sights people visit to see, and the hotel is located within easy driving to all parts of LA and Burbank, as well as Rte 5. I love modern style and this hotel is very cool indeed.

The Moment was an easy place to stay at. Parking was plentiful on the street if you need it. Good restaurants nearby. And the location is central to many things in Los Angeles. The room was comfortable, and the staff are very nice.

The absence of any food-dinning service is surprising. Across the street from the Guitar Center. Parking fee is added. The terrasse needs a little TLC.

The hotel is well tended, clean, and attractive - nicer inside than outside, though outside isn’t too bad. The staff is friendly and attentive. Room was clean, well set up, and the air conditioner worked great. The shower, with two heads and good flow, was perhaps the best part of the room. Only downside was no snacks/drinks available for sale, and charge for parking is a little steep. But it’s convenient to a lot of great attractions and as quiet as one could expect from a place right on Sunset.

Hotel staff is very good and free cold water and coffee is a plus and well appreciated. The hotel itself however is not well maintained and there were cracks and broken plasters on walls. Bathroom fixtures were coming out. Overall a good stay but can certainly improve their infrastructure.

Positives: Very clean. Room made up daily. Comfortable bed (although very small). Free filtered coffee in lobby. Negatives: No real amenities. One very basic microwave near reception to share with all guests. In-room features - Small fridge, no freezer, no kettle, very basic TV without streaming or airplay etc. AC very temperamental. Rooftop area permanently closed - no bar, no entertaining area etc.

Excellent stay at reasonable price in Hollywood

Although the impression from the exterior was a bit questionable, our guest room and the hallway leading to it were excellent! I would gladly stay there again!
