"Such a gem! Stayed in an Airstream and it was clean, cute, and had everything we needed (comfy bed, A/C + fan). The hot springs were the highlight—super scenic and the pools are different depths so you can pick your vibe. The showers feel very outdoorsy but in a good way. Staff was super nice and made everything easy. Heads up: the pools and main gate close at 10pm, so make sure to give them a heads up if you’re coming back later. Already planning my next trip back!"

"This space made for an amazing weekend. Located right downtown, we walked to cafes, bars, and restaurants. Convenient to hiking and hot springs. The kitchen is appointed with everything to make a lovely meal. I would definitely stay here again."

"This was my second time at the propery and it was great. The property is very comfortable and the area is very beautiful while being right by downtown Manitou. The aesthetic and of the peaceful underground unit is accompanied by the welcoming atmosphere. Great for a one or two person stay. I hope to eventually stay a third time. "

"If you want to hang out in Manitou Springs proper, this is the place to stay. It’s also very close to the other major attractions in the area, such as Garden of the Gods, Cave of the Winds and Pikes Peak. Very clean and accommodating. Maybe the best part is sitting on the balcony and listening to the symphony playing in the park across the street. Highly recommended!"
