"There was an issue with the plug in the bathroom sink. The staff member on duty (Ajin) tried to fix the problem. When he couldn’t, he immediately offered to move us to a different room. The next morning, a different staff member, James, assisted us in recovering items left in the vacated room. Both staff members were very helpful and very pleasant. The included breakfast was very good!!"

"For what I needed it was great. I travel lots so I have learnt to have things I feel important to have and with doing so. It was really fantastic for myself and my daughter. It was one of our best visits. It as a great price. We both stayed down stairs The upstairs wasn’t good for me as I get dizzy. And my daughter has no depth perception. It’s an older place. And it’s referred to as the cottage. And that is a perfect way to present it. They are only a text away. Very helpful and prompt. It was great for us. 😊👌 "
