"We love this hotel and have stayed here previously. Located a 60 second walk from a wonderful cobblestone street with restaurants, cafes, bars, gelato, etc. Yet the rooms themselves are perfectly quiet as they have modern noise cancelling windows and face away from said street. The region of Abruzzo is a total gem, full of hiking and hill towns, yet is only a 2 hour drive from Rome. The best part is the family that own and run the hotel are so kind and helpful. "

"Not truly located in the village of Gamberale. It is about 4 miles down the mountain side and is near the highway. The hotel itself isn't bad but has no surrounding amenities. May be good for a large family gathering. "
