We would like to welcome you to this pleasant 100m2 family home, located in a bucolic subdivision with plenty of green space.
The house comprises an entrance hall, a pleasant living room, a fully-equipped separate kitchen, a utility room, three bedrooms including a master suite, two shower/bathrooms each with WC, and a garden.

Located just 15 minutes from the centre of Rouen by car and 10 minutes' walk from public transport (T3 - Prat), it offers all the comforts you need for a pleasant stay. For riders, it is just a 5-minute walk from Equi-Normandie, Haras

As soon as you enter, you will discover the large living room with its dining table, two sofas, a coffee table, a piano for music lovers and a television with all the integrated applications. You'll also find a more intimate reading area with plenty of books, a bench and two rocking chairs for relaxing in peace and quiet.
In the fully-equipped kitchen and utility room, you'll find plenty of equipment for preparing tasty dishes and feeling right at home: hob, fridge, freezer, oven, microwave, kettle, coffee machine, dishwasher, washing machine, food processors and more.

Each of the three bedrooms has its own storage space with hangers and shelves, and very comfortable beds (2 beds 140x190 and a family bed 160x200).

To get around Canteleu, a commune near Rouen in Normandy, here are a few transport options:
1. By car :
To Rouen: Canteleu is just 5 to 10 minutes' drive from Rouen. You can take the D938 departmental road, which takes you directly to Rouen.
To other towns: The A150 makes it easy to reach towns such as Le Havre, and the A13 takes you to Paris.
2. By public transport:
Bus: Canteleu is served by several bus routes in the Astuce network (Réseau de transport de la Métropole de Rouen Normandie). Lines F4 and T3 take you to Rouen in around 15 minutes.
Train: The nearest station is Rouen-Rive-Droite. To get there from Canteleu, you can take the bus and then catch a train to Paris, Le Havre or other towns in Normandy.

We are committed to providing a pleasant experience, however, please note that we are not a hotel service. Any mid-stay cleaning, linen/towel freshening, replenishment of essentials or deliveries can be arranged on request at an additional cost. When you confirm your stay, you will receive the ArchiDuchesse tourist booklet, our vouchers with promotional codes for our partners of choice and the arrival instructions for your accommodation.
The Cour de l'Archiduchesse offers a range of services to make your stay as pleasant as possible: baby equipment hire, luggage storage, shuttle service, baby-sitting, gourmet boxes, requests for sightseeing tours, creation of events (wedding proposals, birthdays, room themes, etc.) and much more!
