The manager resoonded straight away when our plane was delayed, and reassured us our room would be held for us and someone would be available to let us in however late it was. "This is a beautiful property right in the heart of Otranto. Our room was lovely with a beautiful view of the harbour and breakfast was varied and tasty. The staff were very friendly and helpful.
