"It’s time to remodel the rooms. Main lobby areas were fine but the rest of the hotel is showing its age. Didn’t get room cleaning or towel service between Thursday and Monday even after asking multiple times and leaving towels in the hall. Room needed vacuumed from check in with hair everywhere. Air conditioner made a huge racket all night long. Very disappointed being a Hyatt member. Back to Marriott stays we go."

"The stay started off great...free breakfast, free dinner and free alcohol. Unfortunately, around 1 am we were awakened by my wife being eaten alive by bedbugs. Called the front desk, got moved to another room. In the morning, wife talked to a manager, the manager took pictures of the red, swollen bites. Talked to her again later, wife got a phone number to call back once we arrived back home. We were promised a full refund by 2 different people at the hotel. A month later I'm still trying to get this resolved. If not for the bedbugs and the hotel managers no longer returning calls, this would be a great hotel."

"Very seedy area. Within 1/2 mile were two strip clubs and an adult book store."

"My stay was accommodating. The staff was helpful, the rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable. Valet parking was too expensive!"

"The room was out of conditioner. I called room service but no one answered. Went downstairs to front desk and there were a line of people with one person working the front desk. No ice machine on our floor."

"Stayed 6 nights; bed was made only ONCE. Floors weren't cleaned; shoes stuck to the floor! When housekeeping problems were reported at front desk, they didn't even attempt to apologize. Pool was absolutely FILTHY. Another guest stopped me in the hallway to complain about how dirty the floors were in her room. Will NEVER return!"

"We were just there for a late night stay and then back on the road but I do not recommend. Tv was broke, screaming and banging on walls and doors all night. I was alone with my children and we were terrified. Room smelled like mold."
