First, the gentleman (gnanda) that checked us in was awesome. He was very pleasant, provided us with options and made sure we got into our rooms safely. Never been treated that well anywhere else. Second, the rooms, lobby and breakfast room were all exceptionally clean. Third, the lady that checked us out (amurph) was very pleasant and efficient. Too bad I don't travel through that area more often.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at this hotel in Canton. One side is for smokers. The other side is not. I stayed at the side that was non-smoking it was clean. It smelled good. It looked like it was newly remodeled, and the beds were phenomenal everyone at the desk was pleasant. I didn’t really eat the breakfast. It was a true continental nothing special but I will definitely stay there again.

great place to stay

the guy who checked me in was very nice. he also kept a close eye on the place and i felt safe because he did. this place is awesome. we left something by accident in the room and he mailed it to our home so we would have it upon our return home. there are lots of places to eat and sliding rock is way fun.

Thunder in the Smokies Sept. 2024

Good stay, we got in late for Thunder in the Smokies. Owner directed us to specific area to park so bikes and trailer were on camera. Rooms were clean and beds were very comfortable. No complaints, perfect stay for what we needed. Breakfast was minimal, but there is a bojangles McDonald’s and Waffle House across the street.
