"check in was atrocious; front desk staff woman with shorter hair was incredibly rude and dismissive when i told her she forgot something. she would benefit from more training. "

"Some things to note: They provide shampoo/conditioner (not separate), bar soap, and their hairdryers are not optimal, the shower in my room did not get hot (not even warm), if your room is near the breakfast area, it will be loud in the morning. The pool area is really nice with a swim up bar. They also have a little games area with a pool table. The staff are all super helpful and the property was very clean."
