"The apartment in Milan was very clean and had the basics like towels, toilet paper, and a hairdryer, but no soap. Check-in was online only, and we had some confusion on arrival since the front desk staff didn’t know which apartment we were in and the host wasn’t responsive right away. We eventually figured it out and got settled. The location is convenient and close to the train station, but be aware you can hear trains throughout the night. "Expensive cleaning fee added, only to find some parts had not previously been cleaned. Other guests made a lot of noise on the echoing stairs including shouting from one apartment to another."

"The room was good but we didn't expect an apartment building when we booked on a hotel site. Our flight was delayed and the instructions for getting into the apartment gate did not work. No help at 5am via phone. Had to mechanically bypass the front lock to get the family off the street and into bed which was a bit frustrating. The room was very nice and air conditioned though. "
