They had the best attitude and energy I've ever experienced and take their time to actually explain everything you need to know about the hotel and the shuttle bus for Universal Studios. We will definitely be staying here each time we visit."

Parking is not the best. $50 a night and the spots are WAY too cramped . When cars park next to each other makes it difficult to get in and out of your car. Overall it was a good stay but idk if I’d rebook."
