"The best things about this apartment are it's comfortable, has good wifi and cold air-conditioning, and the location in Old Towne Nice. The location is quiet. The apartment is at the top of a 5-story building. There are 5 flights of stairs and no handrails. You need to be in shape and have a good sense of balance for the stairs. "Check in was a bit confusing for us. Immediately prior to arrival an email or text reminder with office address would have helped. The wifi did not work for the 3 days we stayed. The manager said it was working prior, sent a technician who could not immediately remedy the problem. Be aware that this property is managed not by the owner but a management agency. Overall the apartment was as described. It was clean and fairly quiet. It is close to beach restaurants and shops."
