All the comforts of home, peaceful, onsite parking, full kitchen, right down the street from the train station and cafe, and surrounded by beautiful Tuscan countryside. 5 minutes from groceries, great restaurants, and Roman ruins in Fiesole. 15 minutes to Firenze. "The property was in a great neighborhood but the traffic outside our door was at times deafening making it hard to sleep. The room smelled of stale smoke. We could not access the internet in our first few days and had no hot water until we learned there was a switch that turned on the heater. Our property manager did his best but we think it would have been most helpful to have a page of instructions available to guide us and troubleshoot any problems. "Alfonso was extremely welcoming and keen to ensure we had a comfortable and enjoyable stay, We opted for a meal at the hotel on the first night and enjoyed it so much, we had a meal again the following evening which was prepared using fresh produce from the kitchen garden.
