"We had a wonderful time during our stay. Our host was extremely kind and helpful. Occasionally she would offer us a cup of coffee or cappuccino in the morning and was always responsive to our requests. She was kind enough to let me borrow a wine glass. Very comfortable bed and wonderful room with a small balcony. Would highly recommend especially if you don't mind a shared bathroom with the other guest unit. Would definitely stay again."

"The property was in a great neighborhood but the traffic outside our door was at times deafening making it hard to sleep. The room smelled of stale smoke. We could not access the internet in our first few days and had no hot water until we learned there was a switch that turned on the heater. Our property manager did his best but we think it would have been most helpful to have a page of instructions available to guide us and troubleshoot any problems. "The adjourned apartments to make one large apartment are very nice, clean, nicely decorated and in a nice quiet location. The city of Florence is only a short car journey away, 15 minutes maximum and car parking is easy to find. The only downside was a lack of wine glasses, there was none. However other small glassware was available. Would I stay ehre again, that is a yes as the apartments were very clean and included air-conditioning and little extras such as soap, shower gel etc."

"The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the staff were amazing—very friendly and helpful. We arrived late, so we had to do a self check-in, but it wasn’t bad at all. There was someone available to give us directions and help us figure everything out. Our rooms were located in the building next to the main lobby, so it took us a little while at first to figure out the entrance and exit, but overall it wasn’t a problem. Menchetti, located right in the hotel lobby, is a really nice place for food, coffee, and drinks. You can get regular American-style drip coffee there, as well as freshly squeezed orange juice, which was a nice bonus. Overall, we had a very pleasant stay and enjoyed our experience."

"The room was very specious, the hotel is located right across from the train station so location is ideal. The room I stayed in had a small terrace with a small sofa and a chair overlooking the main road. Despite being in a very busy location the room was well isolated and there was no voice. A tram station is just out the door and I will definitely stay here again."
