"The property was in a great neighborhood but the traffic outside our door was at times deafening making it hard to sleep. The room smelled of stale smoke. We could not access the internet in our first few days and had no hot water until we learned there was a switch that turned on the heater. "The adjourned apartments to make one large apartment are very nice, clean, nicely decorated and in a nice quiet location. The city of Florence is only a short car journey away, 15 minutes maximum and car parking is easy to find. The only downside was a lack of wine glasses, there was none. However other small glassware was available. Would I stay ehre again, that is a yes as the apartments were very clean and included air-conditioning and little extras such as soap, shower gel etc."
