Villa BAGUS is a Contemporary Architect's Villa with Balinese decor.
Classified 5 * by the Departmental Committee of Tourism of Landes, it is located in a Residence closed by an electric gate. Your children can play safely in this beautiful, calm and wooded area.
You will be able to relax and make the most of your holiday thanks to the quality services: 4 bedrooms with private bathrooms (1 bath + 4 walk-in showers, new bedding in 160 and 180 cm, TV in each room, 2 dressing rooms), lounge with Canal + and RMC Sport, fireplace / insert, Heated swimming pool (from June 1 to September 30), Exotic wooden terraces with Balinese deckchairs, full SOUTH exposure, deckchairs also upstairs to enjoy a good book, Garden , Barbecue, Plancha, Ping Pong table, Badminton, Petanque balls, Vendée shuffleboard ...

Immaculate Modern House

Philippe’s property served as a base for six of us to explore the region which was facilitated by easy access to the auto route. The house sits in a beautifully landscape lot with modern functioning amenities and a much appreciated well equipped kitchen. Philippe responded promptly to all our requests and was an excellent unobtrusive host.

Fantastic property. Stylish, well equipped and very comfortable. 10min walk to large beach with great waves and 15mins to local town with restaurants and shops. Host was there to greet us and once he had shown us around, left us to it but was available by a video call to help with any queries. Will definitely go back!

Cette villa s'est montrée à la hauteur de nos attentes pour un séjour d'exception, malheureusement trop court. Difficile de trouver à redire quoi que ce soit, tant au niveau des prestations de très haut niveau, que de l'emplacement proche des plages et du centre ville. La piscine, le salon, la cuisine et la terrasse forment un ensemble ouvert dans lequel la vie s'organise au rythme de chacun, en profitant du calme et d'une météo qui nous aura été particulièrement favorable. Nous gardons tous un excellent souvenir de ce moment en famille, pour recommander sans réserve cette bien belle propriété.

We recently spent an excellent week at Villa Bagus. The house is very luxurious and equipped with everything you could need for your holiday. The location is perfect in a quiet street but only 5 minutes walk to the most breathtaking, clean beaches. Phillipe is a great host and was very helpful to us throughout our stay.

Fantastic accommodation in an ideal location. Everything I would want and more

Our first visit to Capbreton and certainly not our last. Villa Bagus is outstanding both location and facilities. The local area has everything to make a superb family vacation with restaurants and shops close by and water park, forest quad bikes, Karting and most importantly excellent surf on the doorstep. We were two families with children ranging from 15, 13,11 & 7. Each wanted slightly different things and all were accommodated by the villa and it’s location. The downstairs space is fantastic and the pool excellent for a break from the surf which is only 7 minutes (children’s) walk away. Bike rental really recommended, cycle paths everywhere and makes evening out easy. Ladies in our party enjoyed the benefits of electric bikes but no real hills to talk about. Local golf courses excellent Hossegor, 10 mins Seignosse 15 mins and 40 minutes to Moilets The real star of our stay was the Villa which has everything that you could want or need (WiFi and Netflix kept the small ones entertained) Philippe is an outstanding host, responsive and helpful. The only little downside was the lack of air conditioning in the 4th bedroom downstairs but this only become a problem when temperatures reached above 35 degrees and the prompt arrival of a large fan solved this. The only reason not to recommend this place is so that we can rebook next year

Absolutely amazing

I cannot recommend Villa BAGUS highly enough. We have just spent a really lovely 2 weeks holiday in Capbreton. The villa is even better than the photographs. There are so many things to enjoy - its a great home for a family, to share time together or have some space. There is plenty of seating around the property to catch the sun or enjoy the shade, surrounded by a lovely garden and pool. It's a secluded area, very close to the beach, with surf and beautifully evening walks. Many thanks to Philppe and Christine for our stay.
