Wonderful place to re-charge in central location

Love this hotel! Starting with the super friendly welcome and staff. I was very tired and needed a quiet place to sleep and this was perfect. Beds are comfortable, clean rooms, and LOVE the pool on the rooftop, with views of Cala Ratjada and mountains. I will definitely be back. Thank you!

Cuando llegué al alojamiento, me dijeron que estaba cerrado y que me tenía que ir a un hotel de la misma cadena a un par de minutos en coche. Al llegar, me cobraron la estancia (lógico), pero que la factura no me la podrían dar hasta la salida. El personal de recepción (ni nadie) supo explicarme porqué no se me informó del ceirre de hotel hasta mi llegada, causando mucha frustración.

Sehr sauberes und schönes Hotel. Das Personal ist immer freundlich und zuvorkommend. Das Frühstück ist sehr ausgewogen und in einem schönen kleinen Frühstücksraum. Das Hotel hat einen tollen Dachpool von dort kann man auf das Meer und Cala Ratjada blicken. Beim nächsten Besuch in Cala Ratjada werde ich das Hotel wieder buchen. Ich kann es sehr empfehlen.

Gracias o muchas gracias , no sería suficiente para agradecer el trato recibido. A nuestra llegada al hotel la reserva on line, no estaba. Y Míriam en recepción nos calmo, se puso manos a la obra, y contacto con Aline, la directora. En poco menos de media hora problema resuelto. Nos alojaron, por el mismo precio,en una casa premium ultra moderna, primera línea, tres plantas, acceso directo al mar, y a vivienda desde el parking privado, jacuzzi climatizada enterraza, etc, etc. Gracias otra vez ❤. Mención especial para Aline( Dirección), y Mariam( Recepción); son geniales. ⚘⚘
