VILLA WITH FANTASTIC VIEW OF THE SEA BAY AND PRIVATE POOL IN CANYAMEL

The house is located on the northeast coast of Mallorca overlooking the bay of Canyamel. Paradiesischer holiday for families and friends.

The Villa del Sol is a very bright and stylishly furnished holiday home with private pool. About three levels spread the terraces from which one has a wonderful view of the sea. Around the house there are pine forests.

The spacious living area has free Wi-Fi a SAT flat screen TV, comfortable sofas and a romantic fireplace.

The light-filled living area is generously equipped by the bright and open design for ten people. The dining room has a table that can accommodate 8 people. The kitchen is fully equipped. A small bar with two bar stools invites here for good chat while cooking.

In the Villa del Sol there are five bedrooms and four bathrooms. The bedroom on the lower level has a double bed and a bathroom en suite with bath. Two other bedrooms also have double beds and have access to a private terrace. In the other two bedrooms have two single beds. Three bathrooms are equipped with a spacious shower. All living and sleeping areas are equipped with quiet ceiling fans.

Highlight of Villa del Sol is the beautiful patio area with a large pool (7.65 m x 3.85 m), sufficient sun beds, several parasols and fantastic views to the sea.
A covered terrace with large dining table and BBQ invite you to cozy barbecues. Here you can even enjoy a breathtaking sea view at breakfast.

Lovely holiday
The villa is spacious and is in a wonderful location with views over the bay. The layout was great for our extended family, with 3 rooms on one floor for the young family and two rooms on the top for the other adults. Very well appointed and has a lovely pool area that was much enjoyed. It is the kind of place that we would return to. We would also recommend the restaurant Cala Rotja, a short walk down the hill, which is excellent and has lovely welcoming staff.

Great villa for a family get-together!
Our family of 8 (+1 infant) stayed for a week in April 2023. View was amazing, villa was huge, and as described in the listing. Kitchen was big and fully furnished. Communication with owner and housekeeper was excellent. Highly recommended!

Fantastic villa in an ideal location
Really lovely villa. Very spacious, spotlessly clean, with stunning views across the bay. The whole experience of staying here was great, from the excellent communication from Uwe both before and during the stay, through to the moment we arrived and found the kitchen stocked with everything we might need. The location is perfect; beautiful views wherever you look, and a short 10 minute walk down to Cala Rotja beach, with it's crystal clear water, not to mention the fantastic restaurant right on the beach. We'll definitely be coming back soon.

Wunderschöner Urlaub in toller Finca
Wir hatten einen tollen Urlaub mit 3 Generationen (10 Personen) in diesem wunderschönen Ferienhaus. Dieses ist komplett ausgestattet mi allem was man braucht, uns hat es definitiv an nichts gefehlt. Der Poolbereich mit Außenküche (Grill, Kühlschrank, Sitzecke, Außendusche) war für uns ein absolutes Highlight.Da lohnt es sich auch den ganzen Tag mal zu verweilen und sich zu entspannen. Das Ferienhaus liegt auf einem Berg, also wäre ein Mietwagen vom Vorteil. Wir sind meist in die Stadt und zum Strand gelaufen und haben ca 20 min gebraucht.Einen besonderen Dank möchten wir auch Noel aussprechen, da er uns am Ankunftstag (Samstag Nacht) noch den Kühlschrank vorab befüllt hatte und es auch am Abreisetag ermöglicht hat, dass wir bis unser Transfer kam, noch in dem Haus verweilen durften.VIELEN DANK Dafür...Wir können dieses Ferienhaus von Herzen weiterempfehlen und kommen auch gern mal wieder

Super Zeit in spitzen Wohnung
Familien Urlaub mit drei generationen Das Haus ist spitze alles vorhanden was man braucht. Einziges Manko waren die Mücken in der Nacht, aber da gibt es gutes mittel gegen in jedem Supermarkt. Besten Dank an Noèl und dem Hausbesitzer aus Deutschland. Gerne kommen wir mal wieder . Höchste Weiterempfehlung

Wir waren mit der Großfamilie zu Gast in dieser wunderschönen Finca und haben eine traumhafte Urlaubswoche verlebt. Die Kommunikation mit dem Eigentümer und der Hausverwaltung war unkompliziert und sehr angenehm. Die Finca ist für 10 Leute sehr geräumig, bestens ausgestattet und läßt keine Wünsche offen.

Top Unterkunft- super Ferien
Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt in dem Objekt. Alles hat gepasst,inklusive Milchaufschaeumer für den Café vorhanden. Ruhige Wohngegend. Für ältere Personen ggfls etwas schwierig wegen vieler Stufen/ Treppen, aber ansonsten alles top! Toller Blick, tolle Terrassen! Meer ca 7 Autfahrminuten entfernt ( mit Strand)

Große Finca mit super Aussicht und allem was man braucht.
Die Finca war für unseren Jungstrip zu acht super. Es gibt viel Platz und Freiräume, allerdings ist Canyamel und die Lage sehr ruhig und die Umgebung von 1-Familien-Häusern geprägt und man sollte schon 15 min. Taxifahrt nach Cala Ratjada einplanen.

Schöne Finca mit viel Platz und toller Lage
Sehr schöne, großzügige Finca mit ausreichend Platz für bis zu 10 Leute. Tolle Terassen, schöner Pool und super Ausstattung. Die Gastgeber und Verwaltung sind ausgesprochen hilfsbereit und bemüht zusätzliche Wünsche (z.B. Babybett) zu erfüllen. Im unteren Bereich des Hauses war es etwas klamm, das wird vermutlich aber an den vielen Regentagen vor unserer Ankunft gelegen haben. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt!

Die Finca liegt über der Bucht von Canyamel und bietet einen fantastischen Ausblick. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und würden jederzeit wiederkommen.
