The living area offers plenty of comfortable seating arranged around a flat-screen TV, making it easy to unwind after a day in the sun. Both bedrooms are fitted with queen-sized beds and ample storage space, so unpacking is easy and everyone has room to spread out. With 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom, the condo comfortably sleeps up to 4 guests.

Kitchen & dining

The fully equipped kitchen features stainless steel appliances along with all the cooking basics, dishes, and silverware you'll need to prepare meals at home. A coffee maker and toaster are on hand for easy mornings, and the dining area keeps everyone together at mealtime.

The single bathroom has been fully updated with a modern vanity and a shower/tub combo, plus hair dryer and toiletries provided for your convenience.

Pets are welcome, and the condo also allows long-term stays of 28 days or more.

Our condo is ideally located on the Space Coast in Cape Canaveral. You'll be steps away from the beach and front-row seats to rocket launches. Our condo is conveniently located only 2 miles away from Port Canaveral, making it the perfect spot to stay before or after your cruise. Plus, with easy access to Orlando, you can enjoy theme parks and attractions. Our neighborhood is safe and quiet, with plenty of dining options nearby. Getting Around:

Plenty of space for on site parking. Very close to SR528 and SR520 intersections that will each get you anywhere you want to be quickly.



Uber and Lyft being prevalent in the area.

To ensure a comfortable start to your stay, we provide an initial stock of the following essentials:

- Paper towels

- Toilet paper

- Tissues

- Coffee pods, creamer, and sugar

- Light cleaning supplies (please note: NO LAUNDRY SOAP PROVIDED)

- Garbage bags

- Sponges

- Dish soap

- Dishwasher tabs



If you need additional supplies during your stay, please plan to replenish them as needed.

-Mailbox access is not available for guests

- While we love all furry friends, ONLY dogs are allowed at this property, with a fee of $100 per pet, per stay.

- All reservations require either a refundable security deposit or the purchase of a damage waiver.
