"My wife and I had a great time at this property. The size was perfect for the two of us for the week that we were here.The location worked out great as a home base for visiting the theme parks in Orlando, visiting the Space Center, as well as catching multiple night launches in the time we were here The pool and beach access were great and let us enjoy a mix of activities and just plain relaxing.Wendy was a joy to work with throughout the process. Would definitely come back again in the future."

"This hotel was great. The only reason I did not give five stars for the staff & service was because the black lady with the curly hair at front desk was extremely nasty. I called before I arrived and she quickly dismissed me and told me I couldn’t check in however when I got there I was helped by someone else and was able to get checked in with no problems. On the last day she was very rude and dismissive and did not want to help with directions or cruise info. Other than this woman everything else was amazing but I will not be coming back. She was rude to everyone that came to ask her a question."
