"With the price if the room, having no complimentary breakfast was very disappointing. Also, the cruise port was only a couple of miles away and we had to pay 10.00 each person each way. Most hotels offer a complimentary shuttle for guests. Rooms were very clean and nice. "

"Great breakfast (place was busy and the breakfast team were working so hard to keep everything stocked up as fast as the people were eating it all). Nice pool and patio. Rooms clean and large and comfortable. However if you need a disability accessible room make sure you explain what that means. We asked and got rooms with doorbells which doesn’t help at all with a wheelchair. "

"The room was clean and as expected. The staff were welcoming and informative. Don’t forget to get their hot cookies available at checkin. The hotel is approximately 6min from the port. Very convenient if you take the hotel shuttle as well. "

"Very disappointed in the property. Pictures must’ve been taken a long time ago. Not in same condition. Lots of mildew and mold. Floors broken & uneven. Twin bedroom didn’t have window coverings & it opened to a storage facility with people looking in. Hung a blanket up. No lights for late arrival. Would not stay there again. "

"I’m not thrilled about your check-in and check-out times. I come there to relax for a whole day because that’s what I pay for and yet I can’t get my room until 4 PM and I have to give it up at 10 AM the next day. You have a family oriented resort there check-in should be 1 o’clock at the latest and check out should be 11 or 12."

"Dustin is a superior host! Response time is very quick! The house is exactly as the pictures show only better! The house is filled with thoughtful items and quality necessary items. The TV’s are so “smart” that they remind you when your laundry is done . Sooo many extra amenities for use: in the pool and beach toys, chairs, and wagon! We added a few items, air hockey and lite, for the next guest s to use! Beach in waking distance everything you could want a short drive away!!HIGHLY RECOMMEND this rental!! "

"Perfect pre-stay before cruising. A big party of 9 (ranging from toddlers to elders) and everyone was comfortable. Breakfast was DELICIOUS! The outdoor pool was great. Walking distance to McDonalds, Burger King and a pizza place. Hertz rental was across the street. Would definitely recommend."
