"Our family of 5 stayed in the Major Nelson’s Suite and couldn’t ask for a better place to call “home” for a week! The entire property was immaculate and the details were thoughtful. All spaces were equipped with essential amenities and beyond. Our kiddos enjoyed the short walk to a nicely kept (and not too busy) beach & the adjoining ice cream shop. We will definitely be staying again during our next visit! "

"Check in was very easy, home was very clean and well-kept. Had everything we needed for our stay with parents and our two year old. The beach chairs and wagon came in handy, and the game room was a big hit. Very close to the beach and had everything we needed within a short distance. Would definitely return!"
"We stayed here for a girls weekend and our expectations were exceeded!!! There were so many little details that were just so thoughtful! Blow up Happy Birthday cakes and signs… cupcakes for all 8 of us! Everytime we said dang it I forgot we looked around and the owners had it there for you!! The beach was a short walk and if you stay make sure to check out The Fat Donkey Ice Cream place and Whisk and Grind for breakfast!! "
"Quieter and more relaxed stay than some of the bigger and busier hotels in cocoa beach. Food was good and staff were all extremely friendly. And beach was quiet and not crowded. Happy I chose this hotel.
