It took usess than a 5 minute walk for us to go to the beach and walking to downtown to visit our favorite shops was easy peasy. The pool was fantastic abs well appreciated. "Primarily chose this home due to how close it is to the beach and that there was a pool! It was so easy to go back and forth to the beach with rowdy boys and amazing to be able to finish off night or start morning with the beautiful pool. We went to Cocoa Beach for space camp and the Kennedy Space Center is fairly close. If you need groceries, Publix is down the street as well. "The beach house is what we called this home while we were there. Everything was absolutely perfect. The house had everything we could have needed and more. Clean, 2 blocks from the beach and incredibly beautiful! Of course the pool was our favorite part! The pool shed was stocked with lots of floaties and a wagon for all our beach days! The outdoor shower was moms favorite part and hopefully we can stay here again! "

"Perfect location, neighborhood felt safe. Easy walking distance to the beach and the banana River, small old town neighborhood feel, best of Cocoa Beach glamor! My favorite perk was Merc the visiting neighborhood cat. If you're allergic to cats and be aware he will walk right in and make himself at home I think my favorite part was definitely the porch and the backyard!! We definitely need use of the awesome beach towel blankets and boogie boards provided, the linen closet was fabulously well...
