We also loved the patio space for meals. The woman at the front desk was very helpful and accommodating to our needs. We will definitely stay here again!"

"This was the perfect little space for our family. The cottage has a nice size bedroom for my husband and myself and the 2 teenagers took over the sofa bed. The kitchen was a nice size and the bathroom had a very nice large shower. We spent most of our time at the local beaches (just a short drive) and exploring the area. The art district was a very easy walk with some nice little shops! The hosts and their family were absolutely wonderful!"

"Location was great. It is within 2/3 miles of every restaurant you might want. After a couple weeks, we learned how to get around without using New Haven. The TV and internet were excellent. Small, but good for the two of us. Stove and fridge were a nice convenience. Property owners provide all necessities prior to and during stay. I would give it a 5 star, but mattress and doors need replacement as well as some window treatments."

"Home was centrally located so you could walk or drive to anywhere you wanted to go"

This is an Evolve property. Whenever we are booking through VRBO we give preference to their listings as they are always top notch. In the unlikely event that you have an issue they handle it promptly and efficiently. Book this property if available - you won’t regret it."
