"Our trip was a last minute decision and I did not want a hotel/condo. I didn’t even have a destination other than east coast! This was perfect! Not a massive amount of tourist, privacy, it was great! The owner was easy to contact and very responsive. Could not have asked for more!"

"The home is elegant. It faces the river/mainland with water views from every room. It's a split-level featuring a dramatic entry leading up to the living/dininig areas and down to a fully-equipped party room with two of the three bedrooms and massive projection TV. Out back is an inground pool, tanning beds and a private boat dock (rented separately). The home is beautifully furnished but (in my opinion) isn't set up to accomodate small children or rowdy teenagers. There's a instruction booklet...

"We had a fantastic time. The property was amazing right on the river, watching the manatees and dolphins from the deck, close to the beach, the kids loved the pool. The optional boat rental was a fantastic option. Oscar, the property manager, was a super nice guy. I can't recommend this property enough for a getaway."

"The listing is spot-on! This quiet condo has everything you would need to just unpack your clothes and head to the beach! Don’t worry about dragging your house along with you! Delightful neighbors, quiet street with a 2 minute walk to the beautiful beach, and minutes to great dining! The hosts were so thoughtful and even made sure we knew about an upcoming shuttle launch. Looks is one thing but we ran into several issues while my family of 5 stayed. Its very important you bring your own plates, cups, silverware and skillets. The property only has a Keurig for coffee. The water has a Sulphur smell, so bottles of water are required. When we enter the property, the cleaning crew was still there over 2 hours when we checked in. None...

I could not give the house a higher rating due to the fact that for the price I paid which was much more than I’ve ever spent on a rental place, I expected everything to be in pristine shape. It was not, in fact we discovered problems in every room. Everything from a rusty washer/dryer outside to air vents that were black from dirt.
