"Apartment complex, this unit has the central air units outside of the patio area. We couldn’t sit out there and visit it was dirty and noisy. The unit didn’t have a blow dryer as stated. There was coffee spilled in a drawer and cabinet. Spiders at every corner and in shower. I found 2 cockroaches in the living room. Owner had housekeeping bring a blow dryer however too late for me to be able to shower for an event I flew into town for. Beds were comfy and pool was nice. Owner/manager was not...

Never let us have the entry code. We drove all the way there to get ignored having to find a last minute hotel. RUN!"

"The host was very accommodating especially with our very late arrival. The room is nicely decorated and is well equipped for most any needs. The bed was very comfortable, a great bathroom and shower, and a large walk in closet with more than ample storage space. In addition there is a nice private patio. Very easy to find off the main boulevard and in a nice neighborhood. We hope to stay here again on our next trip to Melbourne."
