"This is my second day at the Melby. It never disappoints always clean, always professional. The food in the lounge is spectacular. Gourmet style staff goes out of the way to you. You’re welcome. We will be back."

"Check in was quick and the woman helping me was very friendly! She gave me a local restaurant guide to help me decide on dinner and then followed up on how my stay was going via their text system. It was so convenient. I had no issues but if I did, being able to text about it is such a great feature!"

"The location on Expedia showed downtown Melbourne and it was over 4 miles away in Palm Bay. Communication was terrible and we couldn’t even get into the community when we got there and had never been given a gate code or any good instruction. There’s black glue or something on all of the floors, but the rest of the interior was pretty clean. The back screen porch had not been swept or picked up. I don’t think in six months and the floors were disgusting. You must use their app to figure out anything and we were just going for a relaxing fun weekend. The changing code DAILY for the door was totally a nuisance and one time we arrived in the door was unlocked, even though we checked it before we left. I would not book this property again and the fact that they lied in the address in the listing and even on the confirmation showed Melbourne was terrible. We spent an extra hundred dollars on Ubers and Lyft so we can enjoy ourselves downtown that was not planned. "

"Our stay at the hotel was disappointing. The A/C in the room was not working properly, making it very difficult to sleep. We also heard from other guests that they had the same issue. The mattress was uncomfortable, and having stayed in many hotels, we can confidently say this did not meet basic comfort expectations. Additionally, there was no breakfast available in the morning—only coffee—despite the listing stating that breakfast was included, which was one of the main reasons we chose this hotel. Lastly, the staff’s attitude was not very polite or welcoming. Overall, the experience did not meet our expectations."

" This was our first VRBO and it totally met our expectations. The property was impressively clean, nicely decorated and a breeze to secure entry. Huge, totally private back yard. Some beach chairs and beach towels came in handy. Washer and dryer too. Hardly a criticism, but a floor lamp at the corner of the couch would definitely come in handy for reading in the evening on the very comfy couch. Completely satisfied with the host and the property."
