"This is a great place to stay! I was there to view a rocket launch. The launch was postponed, but I was able to see 2 others! The view from the pier on the property is FABULOUS!! Also, the sunrise view is absolutely breathtaking! So nice to wake up to every morning! The location is convenient to so many places! Playalinda beach, Kennedy Space Center, great restaurants, the Wizard of Oz Museum, Coco Beach! And there is a neighborhood restaurant right down the street! New York, New York. The condo is a tri-level, so you will be climbing up and down stairs daily--it's a great workout! I am much stronger after 10 days! The host was super helpful with questions before I arrived and was available as needed while I was there. I recommend and would book this place again. As a matter of fact, I have!"

"This was an amazing trip! We had hoped to see a rocket launch while staying, but sadly that did not work out, however I will say the location of this residence is perfect to view a rocket launch as we could stand on the dock and see the rocket in the distance with our eyes. We had 3 families staying with us and we all had plenty of space, the hot tub was perfect to warm up in, especially as the sun was setting. The sun rises were breathtaking. I especially loved how each family could have their own space or we could all hang out together. Dave, the caretaker, was amazing! Any questions or issues and he was very kind and responsive making this a wonderful carefree vacation for us all. What else can I say. Beds are comfy. The space was clean, uncluttered and very welcoming. No fighting over bathrooms! I would love to come back in the future and try again to catch a rocket launching from the docks. Thank you for a wonderful family vacation."
