Enjoyed our stay before going on a cruise :) Lots of places near by also went to Kennedy Center for a visit . Bathroom could of been cleaner. Beds comfortable. Breakfast could of been better .

We will stay here again. The location is good with a nice view of the river from the 2nd story deck off our room. The price was reasonable. The included breakfast and Happy Hour was a bonus as well as the friendly and informative innkeepers Ginny and Dennis. It was a nice change of pace from the regular chain hotels in the area. Friendly staff, clean room, close to KSC and restaurants, quiet location. The room came with a microwave and small refridge, which was nice for quick meals. The bed was very comfortable. Staff was very attentive to housekeeping on a daily basis. Will definitely stay here again should we be in the area in the future.

If you are going to Cocoa Beach, you NEED to stay here. Its away from all the people, the beach is right across the street, and you can kayak the river. Beautiful set up. 7 min drive will bring you to the Golf course pavillion where you can see off the dock the bioluminescent waters. If im ever in the area again, definitely staying here again!
