"2 night stay. Easy check in via text and lockbox. Kitchen equipped enough to cook anything. A/C worked well, pool was nice. Not many people staying these 2 days so it was nice and quiet. The only downfall was the furniture in common area. Old, stained and nasty. Sat on our own fold out chairs. Replace that gross furniture and this is a returnable property!"

"Our stay in New Smyrna Beach was great. Condo was everything promised, clean and tidy. The only issue was with the doorwall blinds, hard to manage and missing which did not provide total privacy when closed (just minor concern). Pool and beach access excellent. We'd stay again."
