"Out check in was at 4 the room was not ready until 7:45pm before we book the room it was not information in regard the Pool being close, after we book we got a message stating the Pool was close due to hurricane and honestly there was not hurricane coming the weather was so nice and tropical."

And the door leading to the parking lot SLAMMED very loudly. I can’t imagine the interior doors being so loud. No matter. Any slamming door is alarming and interruptive. For such a pretty hotel, the paint job on the door to the parking lot was very unprofessional. Those items are so minor. I would gladly stay...

"We enjoyed the spacious room I would give 5 stars except the bed was not very comfortable. The toilet seat in our room also needs adjusted it’s of center and slides when you sit. The front desk staff were helpful and very nice. Overall we enjoyed the stay the pool was great for the kids and the family room furniture was comfortable. "
