"The experience was great. Staff was very nice and accommodating. For our anniversary and celebration of our first baby, they left a thoughtful gift and upgraded the view of our room. The dining options were good and access to both pools was nice. Some constructive feedback: the bed was very hard and hurt our backs and made sleeping difficult. And the towels and robes were a bit scratchy. Outside of these things, everything was great and we had a nice time. "

"Pros: Kitchen and appliances sparkling upon arrival. Quiet section of the resort. Kitchen well appointed, although time to replace some of the cooking pans. Cons: Carpeting in poor shape. Needs to be replaced. Some plumbing issues (faucets dripping, guest bath shower control handle loose). "

"We travelled with 2 other couples making the total 6 adults. The property was very nice with lots of room to accommodate all 6 of us quite nicely. We all had our private bathroom which worked great. The pool right off the living room was a treat alter had to pay extra for the heat and believe me we needed it if you wanted to get in it in the evening, which we did. "The bathrooms were dirty. Property needs a major clean! Dishes (cups) in the cupboard had side stains on them. Overall it felt like the cleaning crew doesn’t clean well."
